Chef’s Night Pop-up – Guest Chefs and Korean Street Food
On this night, Michał Maj from NIKKA and Jacek Koprowski from Fino will take over one of the food stalls at Słony Spichlerz, serving an original pop-up inspired by Korean street food.
Each chef will prepare three signature dishes — personal interpretations of Korean street cuisine, seen through two distinct culinary temperaments. This is not a preview of a permanent menu nor a format meant to be repeated, but a one-night-only culinary experience built on freedom, experimentation, and bold, intense flavors.
